The name "Latający Gekon" (Flying Gecko) is a name I came up, that comes from my memories of the geckos living in every household in Vietnam. They often fall down from the ceilings. They fall as if they are gliding or flying.

Nazwa "Latający Gekon" pochodzi z moich historii o gekonach w Wietnamie, których jest tam bardzo dużo i czesto spadają z sufitów. Spadają tak jakby trochę szybowały, stąd się wzięło skojarzenie z lataniem. Gekon jest również charakterystycznym zwierzęciem dla Azji Południowo-Wschodniej.
